Wish I'd read these other posts before I signed. The only positive is I had a wonderful trainer albeit the sessions were overpriced. I should have never signed up to a direct debit system, especially at those weekly rates, and never ever will again. I then should have sensed something was suspect. Towards the end I had to continually chase up replies. I then received a demand for a weekly membership fee from their third party debit company. I completed 2 of the 6 make up sessions under the misapprehension no further fees of any kind were payable, as I'd fully paid the 6 weeks of fees. They agreed to this with no further "fees". At the end of the 6 weeks, due to certain factors I had 6 make up sessions "owed". I signed up for the 6 week challenge 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks.Īt the "interview" I was told there would be "make up" sessions available if I couldn't make certain sessions. I needed to cancel my membership in July but when I called, the staff advised me to freeze my membership instead and also promised to contact me once it was back activated and that i can only cancel it by going to the gym as the cancellation couldn't be processed online nor on phone. I signed up for anytime fitness in December 2019 on the 18 month plan and I am still on the plan because anytime fitness won't let me leave. Please do not sign up with anytime fitness because you will be wasting money and end up going into financial debt.
